Experience minimum 1 to 2 yr in Team Handling, Sales, Field Operations, or Business Development preferred

Lead and manage the field sales team

Monitor team performance and productivity

Achieve assigned business targets

Support team members in lead generation and customer acquisition

Conduct regular field visits and market analysis

Prepare reports and coordinate with management
