Job Title: Staff Nurse Job

We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and skilled Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team. Candidates with prior nursing experience are preferred; however, motivated freshers with the right qualifications are also encouraged to apply. The selected candidate will provide quality patient care, assist doctors during medical procedures, and ensure a safe and hygienic environment for patients.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide nursing care to patients in accordance with prescribed treatment plans.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs, symptoms, and overall condition.
- Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
- Assist physicians during examinations and medical procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
- Follow infection control, hygiene, and patient safety protocols.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and post-treatment care.
- Respond promptly to patient needs and medical emergencies.
- Work collaboratively with doctors and other healthcare professionals.

Eligibility Criteria

- Education: B.Sc. Nursing, GNM (General Nursing & Midwifery),



or ANM from a recognized institution.
- Experience: 0–2 years of experience preferred; freshers are also welcome to apply.
- Valid Nursing Registration/License (preferred or as per state regulations).
