Role:
Manage and streamline academic operations for Math and English programs, ensuring high-quality instruction, curriculum alignment, and an engaging learning experience. Coordinate with tutors, monitor student progress, and maintain academic standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee planning and delivery of the sessions
- Train, guide, and evaluate tutors
- Track student performance and ensure learning outcomes
- Coordinate assessments
- Curriculum development
- Ensure adherence to curriculum and quality benchmarks
- Support in tutor coordination

Requirements:

- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and teams efficiently
- Familiarity with online teaching platforms and tools

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mathematics, English, or Science
- Prior experience in teaching, academic coordination, or edtech preferred
- Laptop and secure broadband connection

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
