We are looking for an experienced Admission Coordinator to join our Medical Admissions team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling the medical admission calls and managing the complete admission documentation process for MBBS, MDS, MD, and MS admissions. The candidate must be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of coordinating with students throughout the admission and counseling process.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end calling and documentation process for MBBS, MDS, MD, and MS admissions.
- Verify and maintain student documents for various state and All India counselling processes.
- Guide students regarding required documents, eligibility, and admission procedures.
- Coordinate with students, parents, universities, and internal teams for smooth admission processing.
- Maintain accurate records of applications, registrations, and admission status.
- Ensure timely completion of documentation as per counselling schedules and deadlines.
- Assist students during registration, choice filling, document verification,



and admission formalities.
- Resolve documentation-related queries promptly and professionally.

Requirements

- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Medical Admission Counseling or Documentation.
- Robust knowledge of MBBS, MDS, MD, and MS admission processes.
- Familiarity with NEET counselling procedures and state counselling documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and documentation management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work under deadlines during admission seasons.

- Experience handling multiple state counselling processes.

- Ability to manage multiple student cases simultaneously.

Work Location: Kochi

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
