About the Role

Speedex India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and support our online sales operations across various e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of online marketplaces, product listings, and order management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage product listings on e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.).
- Create, edit, and update product titles, descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Monitor inventory and ensure stock availability across all platforms.
- Process and track customer orders, returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely dispatch of orders.
- Resolve customer queries and marketplace-related issues.




- Monitor daily sales reports and prepare basic MIS reports.
- Participate in promotional campaigns, discounts, and festive sales.
- Ensure product information is accurate and up to date.
- Maintain marketplace performance metrics and account health.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth day-to-day operations.

Required Skills

- Basic understanding of e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, etc.
- Knowledge of product listing and catalog management.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year in E-commerce Operations.
- Candidates with basic knowledge of e-commerce and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
