Role Overview

SISYA CLASS is looking for passionate and motivated Teachers specializing in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and English to join our academic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to students' academic success by delivering engaging classes, developing quality learning content, and mentoring students in a collaborative learning environment.

- Mathematics Teacher – 6 Positions
- Physics Teacher – 3 Position
- Chemistry Teacher – 3 Position
- English Teacher – 3 Position

Job Location

Work From Office – Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh

Working Hours

12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Salary

Up to ₹30,000 per month (Based on skills, experience, and performance)

Key Responsibilities

Conduct Live Classes

- Deliver engaging and interactive classes for students using concept-based teaching methodologies.

Curriculum & Content Development

- Develop lesson plans, PowerPoint presentations, study materials, worksheets, and assessments.

Assessment & Evaluation

- Evaluate assignments, test papers, and student performance while providing constructive feedback.

Student Mentorship

- Resolve student doubts, monitor academic progress, and support continuous learning.

Parent Communication

- Participate in Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) and provide regular updates on student performance.

Team Collaboration





- Work closely with the academic team to improve curriculum quality and teaching strategies.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, English, Engineering, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience.
- Freshers with strong subject knowledge are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong conceptual understanding of the respective subject.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Preferred Candidate

- Comfortable teaching students from Grades 1–10.
- Good presentation and classroom management skills.
- Ability to create engaging learning content.
- Adaptable to a quick-paced EdTech environment.
