Roles and Responsibilities

- Meet Allotted Individual target
- Contribute in developing a strong & efficient counseling team
- Maintain high Satisfaction Ratings
- Report & Data Management
- Implement Organizational Values, Goals & objectives in Individual conduct and performance
- 3-8 + years of relevant experience in the Study Abroad industry
- In Depth domain knowledge of Europe.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Proven ability to deliver targets




- Demonstrated skills in a customer facing role with experience in developing business
- plans and skills to monitor, review and report on progress.
- A resolute, ethical individual who acts with integrity and in the best interests of the business.
- Experience in working with CRM systems will be desirable
- Experience in a rapid growing and changing environment

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Degree
