About the Role:

We are looking for a highly experienced React Lead to drive the architecture, design, and development of scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will combine strong hands-on expertise in React, Node.js, and cloud-native deployments with the ability to lead teams, define best practices, and ensure high-quality technical delivery.

This role requires both technical leadership and active contribution to development, focusing on building up-to-date, high-performance applications deployed on Google Cloud Platform using containerized environments.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership:

- Lead architecture design and development of scalable, high-performance web applications using React and Node.js.
- Define frontend architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
- Ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance of applications.
- Drive technical decision-making and technology adoption.

Team Leadership & Mentorship:

- Mentor developers through code reviews, technical guidance, and pair programming.
- Lead design discussions, architecture reviews, and technical planning.
- Ensure engineering excellence and adherence to standards.

Cloud & DevOps Ownership:

- Lead deployments on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) including Cloud Run, GKE, Pub/Sub, and Storage.
- Implement containerization using Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes.




- Define and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
- Ensure system reliability, observability, and security.

Collaboration:

- Collaborate with Product, Backend, DevOps, and QA teams.
- Ensure seamless integration with backend APIs and microservices.
- Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and technical roadmap planning.

Core Technical Skills

Frontend:

- React.js (Hooks, Context API, Redux/Zustand)
- TypeScript and advanced JavaScript (ES6+)
- HTML5, CSS3, responsive design
- Performance optimization and component architecture
- Microfrontend Architectire & Tailwind

Backend:

- Node.js, Express.js
- REST APIs and microservices architecture

Cloud & DevOps:

- Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- - GKE, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, Storage

- Docker and Kubernetes
- CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins)

Testing:

- Jest
- React Testing Library
- Unit and integration testing

Desirable Skills:

- GraphQL or gRPC
- Terraform or Infrastructure as Code
- Observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
- Security best practices (JWT, OAuth, API Security)
