Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. The role requires someone who can create visually strong, brand-aligned designs across print, digital, in-store communication and social media.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of brand aesthetics, visual hierarchy, typography, colour balance and design composition. They should be able to adapt one campaign across multiple formats while maintaining a consistent brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

- Create social media creatives, Instagram stories, posts and campaign visuals.
- Design TV slides and promotional creatives for café outlets.
- Create hoarding designs, newspaper advertisements, digital banners and in-store communication material.
- Develop packaging designs, labels, sleeves, box artwork and basic mock-ups.
- Create and edit short promotional videos, reels and motion-based social media content.




- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing and communication assets.
- Coordinate with internal teams, printers, vendors and agencies for artwork execution.
- Prepare print-ready files with correct sizes, bleed, margins and export settings.
- Ensure all designs are visually appealing, error-free and aligned with campaign requirements.

Required Skills

- Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and Figma
- Basic video-editing knowledge using video editing tools.
- Valuable understanding of typography, layouts, colour theory, spacing and visual composition.
- Ability to create premium, clean and brand-relevant designs.
- Knowledge of print production, packaging layouts and digital formats.
- Strong attention to detail, including spelling, alignment and image quality.
- Ability to handle multiple design requirements within timelines.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
