Pega Developer

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)
Experience: 5+ Years (Minimum 3.5 years of relevant Pega experience is mandatory)
CTC: Up to ₹15 LPA

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Pega Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise applications using the Pega Platform.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain applications using the Pega Platform.
- Build and configure workflows, case management, and business rules.
- Develop reusable components and integrations with external systems.
- Collaborate with business analysts and cross-functional teams to understand requirements.
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide production support.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices.

Required Skills

- Minimum 5+ years of IT experience with 3.5+ years of relevant Pega development experience.
- Hands-on experience with Pega PRPC.
- Experience in Case Management,



Workflows, Data Pages, Decision Rules, and Integrations.
- Robust understanding of Pega architecture and application design.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs.
- Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Good debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Pega CSA/CSSA/CSSA certification is an added advantage.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
