About the Role

The Alpha Agency is looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our growing creative team. The ideal candidate should have a strong design portfolio, a passion for visual storytelling, and experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency. You will be responsible for creating compelling visual content that enhances brand identity and drives engagement across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Conceptualize and design creative assets for digital marketing campaigns.
- Create high-quality social media creatives, ad banners, website graphics, emailers, presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Develop branding and visual identity concepts for new and existing clients.
- Collaborate closely with the Client Servicing, Content, Performance Marketing, and Video teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Translate client briefs into innovative and impactful visual concepts.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print communication.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Review and maintain quality standards for all creative deliverables.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI tools, and industry best practices.




- Mentor and guide junior designers when required.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Experience working in a Digital Marketing or Advertising Agency is mandatory.
- A strong portfolio showcasing digital campaigns, branding, and creative work.

Required Skills

- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Proficiency in Figma and Canva.
- Robust understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience designing for:
- Social Media Platforms
- Performance Marketing Ads
- Branding & Identity
- Website Graphics
- Email Marketing
- Presentations and Corporate Collateral
- Ability to understand creative briefs and convert ideas into visually compelling designs.
- Excellent attention to detail and creative thinking.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
