Job Title: Hotel Receptionist

Job Overview

We are looking for a polite, responsible, and customer-friendly Hotel Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have basic English communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to manage guest check-ins and daily front desk operations.

Working Hours

- 10–12 hours per day
- 6 days a week
- Weekly off as per hotel policy
- Flexible to work morning, evening, or night shifts if required

Responsibilities

- Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Handle guest check-in and check-out.
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries.
- Manage room bookings and reservations.
- Maintain guest records and billing.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments.
- Handle guest complaints politely and escalate when necessary.
- Ensure the reception area remains clean and organized.




- Support daily hotel operations as assigned by the management.

Requirements

- Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
- Basic English speaking and understanding is required.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Hotel Software is a plus).
- Honest, punctual, and well-groomed.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
- Prior hotel or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
