Work Mode: Initial 2 months Work From Office (Onsite), followed by a Hybrid work model.

Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist with proven experience in driving qualified organic lead generation for B2B SaaS products. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Technical SEO, On-Page and Off-Page SEO, keyword strategy, and SEO analytics, with a strong focus on increasing high-intent organic traffic and generating measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute end-to-end SEO strategies to increase qualified organic leads.
- Conduct keyword research focused on commercial and high-intent search terms.
- Perform technical SEO audits and implement optimization recommendations.
- Optimize website architecture, internal linking, metadata, schema markup, and Core Web Vitals.
- Build content clusters, pillar pages, landing pages, comparison pages, and case studies to improve topical authority.
- Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to create SEO-optimized content.
- Execute ethical link-building campaigns through guest posting, outreach, and digital PR.
- Monitor SEO performance using Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Tag Manager, and other SEO tools.
- Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversion rates, and lead generation performance.
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly SEO performance reports with actionable insights.

Required Skills





- 6–7 years of experience in SEO with a strong focus on organic lead generation.
- Expertise in On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Tag Manager.
- Strong understanding of keyword intent, E-E-A-T, schema markup, Core Web Vitals, and website architecture.
- Experience creating SEO strategies for B2B SaaS products.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in B2B SaaS, HR Tech, AI, Productivity Software, or Cybersecurity domains.
- Experience with International SEO (US, UK, Europe, Middle East, and APAC).
- Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT for SEO research and workflow automation.
