Dyneton is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support the Human Resources team in recruitment, hiring, and day-to-day HR operations. This internship offers hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and exposure to various HR activities while working on PAN India hiring.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct telephonic screening interviews.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Follow up with shortlisted candidates and maintain regular communication.
- Support PAN India hiring for multiple locations.
- Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers.
- Assist in onboarding activities and document collection for new hires.
- Support HR documentation and employee records.
- Assist in day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for recruitment-related requirements.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a quick-paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn and build a career in Human Resources.
Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
