Sales Coordinator

Job Location: Okhla Phase II, Okhla Industrial Estate, New Delhi

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (As per Interview)

Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years in a similar Sales Coordination / Sales Support role

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in order processing, sales coordination, payment follow-ups, MIS reporting, and handling key customer accounts. Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and proficiency in MS Excel are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the Sales Team for daily operations.
- Process customer orders and ensure timely order execution.
- Prepare and process Sales Orders accurately.
- Follow up on shipments and resolve delivery-related escalations.
- Coordinate payment follow-ups with customers.
- Manage Credit Note (CN) and Debit Note (DN) documentation.
- Arrange and coordinate product samples and POP materials.
- Handle corporate and key customer accounts.
- Prepare sales reports and MIS reports.
- Follow up on return orders and maintain proper documentation.




- Maintain accurate sales records and provide administrative support to the sales department.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, or a similar role.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
