We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Telesales Executive to join our growing freight forwarding team. This is a work-from-home opportunity for candidates who are confident in cold calling, generating business leads, and scheduling meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Make a minimum of 200 outbound cold calls per day to prospective customers.
- Generate 1–5 qualified freight inquiries daily for the Sales team.
- Schedule meetings between prospective clients and the Sales Head.
- Identify and qualify current business opportunities through telecalling.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the Sales team to ensure timely quotations are shared with prospective clients.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or lead generation (experience in freight forwarding or logistics is preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is required. Marathi speaking ability is strongly preferred,
as the role involves calling customers primarily across Mumbai and Maharashtra.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently from home.
- Ability to achieve daily calling and lead generation targets.
- Basic knowledge of freight forwarding and logistics will be an added advantage.
Work-from-Home Requirements
Candidates must have:
- Their own laptop or desktop computer.
- A reliable high-speed Wi-Fi/internet connection.
- Their own mobile phone and mobile number for making business calls.
- A quiet, professional workspace suitable for customer calls.
Performance Expectations
- 200+ outbound cold calls per day.
- 1–5 qualified freight inquiries generated daily.
- Schedule quality meetings for the Sales Head.
- Consistently contribute to new business development.
