- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email marketing, and other channels.
- Reach out to potential clients and understand their business requirements.
- Handle client communication via calls, emails, and chat.
- Schedule meetings between prospective clients and the sales team.
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities in CRM/Excel.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, IT Sales, or Lead Generation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email marketing.
- Strong client-handling and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven workplace.
- Basic knowledge of IT services is an added advantage.
