Job Description:
What You will do:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a prompt and professional manner.
- Maintain and update customer data accurately in the CRM system or database.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and service teams for seamless customer experience.




- Track and analyse customer interactions to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Support the sales team with lead management, follow-ups, and documentation.
- Assist in organizing customer engagement activities, surveys, and events.
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of all customer interactions.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 years of experience as a CRM Executive, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Client Handling & Customer Support
- Lead Management & Follow-ups
- Complaint Resolution & Escalation Handling
