About Logitrade:

You will be a part of a 20-member team. You are required to build and sustain a strong & reliable relationship with the clients with your proactive communication and close coordination with other teams.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Verify, audit and keep detailed records of : Hours of service / log books , Driver's payroll, Fuel/vendor invoices.
- Having experience in account receivables or account payables will be preferred
- Generating invoices and account statements.
- Answering incoming calls and managing proper payroll for drivers.
- Maintaining accounts files and records.
- Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries.
- All other related tasks & assistances where required.
- Data entry & auditing.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Graduate with min. 1 year of experience mandatory.
- Fluency in English.



No Mother Tongue Influence.
- Proficient with advance MS- Excel and MS- Outlook.
- Must have experience in Accounts field.
