Role: Quality Assurance Engineer Seniority Level: Mid-level Preferred Education: BE/Diploma in Civil Engineering Required Experience: 3–8 years of QA/QC experience in real estate, horizontal development, or infra projects Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and implement QA checklists to ensure compliance with project specifications and IS codes - Conduct regular inspections across civil, finishing, and services works to monitor quality and identify areas for improvement - Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality records, including inspection reports and test results - Coordinate with contractors to implement corrective actions and resolve non-conformities Must-Have Skills/Technologies: - Strong knowledge of quality management systems - Knowledge of IS codes and project specifications - Proven experience in preparing and implementing QA checklists - Experience in conducting inspections and maintaining quality records - Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles - Excellent communication and coordination skills - Ability to guide site teams on best practices and drive continuous improvement Valuable-to-Have Skills/Technologies:
