About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can transform ideas into visually compelling designs. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator, along with a solid understanding of design principles and AI-powered creative tools. Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging visuals for social media, paid advertisements, email campaigns, website banners, landing pages, presentations, and other marketing materials.
- Design high-quality graphics using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
- Leverage AI tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, and ChatGPT to enhance creativity, streamline workflows, and generate supporting design assets.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing and communication materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and web development teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective creative solutions.
- Build, organize, and maintain reusable design templates and brand assets.
- Adapt designs for multiple formats, including digital, print, email, presentations, and website graphics.
- Ensure all creative assets meet quality standards and are delivered within project timelines.

Required Skills





- 2–3 years of professional experience in Graphic Design.
- Strong hands-on experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator as primary design tools.
- Solid understanding of layout composition, typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, and branding principles.
- Basic working knowledge of AI-assisted design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or ChatGPT.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across designs.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet overlapping deadlines without compromising quality.
- Strong communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- A portfolio showcasing Canva and Adobe Creative Suite-based designs is mandatory. No portfolio, no interview.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with branding and visual identity design.
- Hands-on experience with short-form video editing using Canva or CapCut.
- Knowledge of social media platform specifications and digital advertising creatives.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles is an added advantage.
