Required Skills
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of the US staffing industry and recruitment process.
- Experience working with W2, C2C, and 1099 employment models.
- Good knowledge of US work authorizations, including US Citizens, Green Card Holders, H-1B, OPT, CPT, EAD, and TN Visa.
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms such as JobDiva, Bullhorn, Ceipal, or similar.
- Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, and Boolean Search techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven setting.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
