Project Execution

- Execute HVAC works as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
- Supervise daily installation activities and ensure quality workmanship.
- Monitor site progress and report daily activities to the Project In-Charge.
- Ensure work is completed within the planned timeline.

Site Coordination

- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, and other agencies for smooth project execution.
- Work closely with subcontractors and labour teams to achieve daily targets.
- Resolve day-to-day site issues and escalate critical matters to senior management.

Technical Responsibilities

- Study IFC drawings, shop drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications before execution.
- Verify measurements and prepare quantity requirements.
- Ensure proper installation practices as per ISHRAE, ASHRAE, NBC, client specifications, and company quality standards.
- Assist during testing, balancing, commissioning, and project handover.

Material & Resource Management

- Raise Material Requisition Notes (MRN) based on site requirements.
- Monitor material consumption and prevent wastage.
- Verify received materials with approved specifications.
- Coordinate with the procurement team for timely material availability.

Documentation

- Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR), Weekly Progress Reports (WPR), and Monthly Progress Reports (MPR).
- Maintain site records including inspection requests, material records, test reports, work permits, and site instructions.
- Assist in preparing running bills, quantity measurements, and work completion reports.

Quality & Safety





- Ensure all work complies with approved quality procedures.
- Conduct routine quality inspections and rectify deviations.
- Follow all company and client safety requirements.
- Promote safe working practices among technicians and subcontractors.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of HVAC systems including AHU, FCU, VRF, Chillers, Ventilation, and Ducting works.
- Basic understanding of Electrical.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and BOQs.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Willingness to travel and work at project sites across India.

Experience

- 2–3 years of experience in HVAC project execution.
- Experience in commercial buildings, hospitals, pharmaceuticals, industrial projects, or data centres will be preferred.
- Achievement of project milestones.
- Quality of executed work.
- Compliance with safety requirements.
- Timely submission of reports and documentation.
- Material utilization and wastage control.
- Client and consultant satisfaction.
- Minimal rework and snag points.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
