- Making Calls: Dial outbound prospects from a given database using scripts, and handle incoming customer service or inquiry calls.
- Pitching Products: Explain company services or product features clearly to spark customer interest.
- Record Keeping: Update customer data, notes, and call outcomes accurately inside the company's CRM system.
- Follow-Ups: Call back interested leads at scheduled times to move them further down the sales pipeline.
- Target Achievement: Meet daily or weekly metrics for number of dials, talk time, and lead conversions.
