- Role Summary:
- We are looking for a Finance & Banking Manager who will be responsible exclusively for managing all banking-related matters, loan processing, financial documentation, and coordination with banks and financial institutions. The role requires strong expertise in CMA preparation, loan handling, and working capital management.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Banking & Loan Management:




- Handling CC, OD, Term Loans, and other credit facilities
- Preparing and submitting loan proposals to banks
- Managing loan renewals, enhancements, and documentation
- Coordinating with banks for sanction and disbursement
- Monitoring loan repayment schedules and compliance
- CMA & Financial Documentation:
- Preparation of CMA data for bank submissions
- Preparing financial projections and ratio analysis
- Providing required documents to banks and financial institutions
- Assisting in credit rating and financial assessments
- Bank Coordination:
- Regular follow-up with banks for limits, renewals, and approvals
- Ensuring timely submission of stock statements and financial data
- Handling queries raised by banks
- Fund & Working Capital Management:
- Monitoring cash flow and fund utilization
- Managing working capital limits effectively

- Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Commerce (MBA Finance preferred)

- Experience Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in banking coordination and loan handling
- Strong knowledge of CMA preparation
- Good understanding of financial statements
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
