What You’ll Do

We have an excellent opportunity for a Technical Project Manager to lead other members of the Development team in the implementation of internal software solutions. The Technical Project Manager will be required to work on multiple projects, coordinating resources to ensure all milestones are met on time and on budget, and that quality standards are adhered to. The Technical Project Manager may perform business analyst functions to scope net-new or additional project phases. This person will be 100% remote and will be supporting our team in India.

Essential Job Functions

- Responsible for implementation of software solutions across multiple deliveries

- Develop a project plan based on a business case, in order to have clear guidance to project execution, which is leading to expected project results

- Manage project execution,



coordinate all involved internal and external parties and monitor consistency with the project plan

- Manage the project/scrum team on a day to day basis by pro-actively addressing issues and risks to deliver the project products at the required standard of quality and within the specified constraints of time and costs.

- Ensures the project scope and requirements are well defined and that the estimated timeline and budget levels are appropriate at all stages of the software development life cycle (SDLC)

- Work closed with QA, DevOps and support teams in a matrix reporting setting to deliver projects

- Organize and lead user acceptance testing (UAT) with the appropriate project stakeholders

- The ability to develop technical specifications from business/functional requirements, manage project resources, and the ability to skillfully manage internal stakeholders

- Create documentation for any key project decisions, action items, issues and other pertinent information

- Answer questions and resolve functional and technical issues from stakeholders

- Clearly communicates project status and manages expectations to internal and external stakeholders

What’s Required

Education:

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Business related discipline





- Agile/Scrum Master Certification (CSM) and/or PMP Certification is a plus

Experience:

- Must have 6+ years in software implementation projects in an Agile environment

- Preferred experience managing projects in Fintech, Financial Services or related industry

Qualifications, Strengths and Skills

- Java technical stack including Spring/Hibernate, Angular and database experience required

- Solid understanding of the software engineering process

- Appreciation of a range of technologies, including databases, and their implementation in a business environment

- Expert knowledge in systems analysis and project management techniques with a proven record of applying these to solve business problems

- Excellent written and verbal communicator, must be able to manage internal resources

- Highly organized and able to manage and motivate a team to achieve their milestones

- Experience of a fast-paced and challenging environment
