Profile: Logistics Backend Executive

Location: Chandigarh (Head Office)

Experience : Fresher to 3 years

Key Skills: MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint & Email

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain back-office operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data processing.

Handle customer queries and complaints, providing timely resolution.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.

Prepare and analyze reports, maintaining records of transactions and activities.





Assist in the development and implementation of office procedures.

Requirements:

- Strong proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Previous experience in a backend or data-support role preferred.
