Position: Sales Manager (Gold Loan)
Experience Required:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in the Gold Loan industry
- Hands-on experience in gold appraisal (valuation)
- Proven experience in sales, branch operations, and business development
- Ability to lead and motivate a sales team
- Positive communication and customer relationship skills
Responsibilities:
- Generate new gold loan business
- Appraise gold ornaments accurately
- Achieve branch sales targets
- Manage customer relationships and ensure excellent service
- Lead and support the branch sales team
Salary: Negotiable (Based on Experience)
