About the Role

We are looking for a creative and execution-focused Content Creator cum Influencer Marketing Executive who can create engaging content for our brand while building strong relationships with influencers and content creators. The ideal candidate should be passionate about social media trends, storytelling, and creating content that drives engagement and sales.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation

· Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photo and video content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other social media platforms.

· Create engaging Reels, product videos, behind-the-scenes content, trend-based videos, and lifestyle content.

· Develop content calendars in coordination with the marketing team.

· Write compelling captions and coordinate content publishing.

· Cover office events, product launches, and employee engagement activities.

· Stay updated with the latest social media trends and creatively adapt them for the brand.

Influencer Marketing

· Research and identify relevant influencers, creators, and UGC creators across different platforms.

· Reach out to influencers for collaborations and negotiate deliverables.

· Coordinate gifting campaigns and paid collaborations.

· Manage influencer communication from onboarding to content delivery.

· Track influencer performance using metrics such as reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.

· Build and maintain a database of influencers across different categories.

Social Media & Campaign Support

· Assist in planning campaigns for new product launches and seasonal promotions.

· Coordinate with the design and marketing teams to execute campaigns.





· Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on analytics.

· Support community engagement by coordinating with the social media team.

Required Skills

· Experience in creating engaging Instagram Reels and short-form videos.

· Valuable photography and videography skills using a smartphone or camera.

· Proficiency in editing tools such as CapCut, VN, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar software.

· Understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and influencer marketing trends.

· Strong communication and negotiation skills.

· Creative mindset with attention to detail.

· Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

· 1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media, or influencer marketing.

· Experience working with D2C, lifestyle, home décor, gifting, or consumer brands is preferred.

· Basic knowledge of Meta Business Suite and social media analytics is an advantage.

· Number of high-quality content pieces created per month.

· Engagement rate on social media content.

· Growth in followers and reach.

· Number of influencer collaborations executed.

· Timely delivery of campaigns.

· ROI and sales generated through influencer campaigns.

· UGC content sourced from creators.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
