Responsibilities:

- 5+ years of experience as a full-stack developer for large web applications.
- Lead the design and development of cutting-edge web applications, utilizing both front-end (React.js) and back-end (Node.js) technologies.
- Architect and implement complex web solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and high performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and product managers, to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Take ownership of the full development cycle, from concept to deployment, and provide technical leadership to junior developers.
- Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality and consistency.
- Optimize and maintain the application's performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure its overall reliability.
- Implement and maintain robust security measures to safeguard the application against potential vulnerabilities.
- Manage data storage, retrieval, and database schema design using technologies like MongoDB or PostgreSQL.




- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and ensure seamless integration between the front-end and back-end components.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our development practices.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
- Understanding of project management tools such as Atlassian JIRA
- Selection of technologies, setting technical directions, estimating/planning, and directing developers
- Work with the cross teams to define what & how parts Work with Project Manager/Scrum Master/Product Manager to define the sprint capacity based on technical acumen, project deadlines, and goal
- Production System Support
- Release Owner for Staging & Production

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
