Compensation Structure:

- Fixed Monthly Base: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 / month (Based on experience)
- Performance Incentives: ₹5,000 – ₹20,000+ / month
- Total Earning Potential: Up to ₹55,000 / month

About the Role:

We are looking for motivated Lead Generation and Sales Representatives to join our US-based sales process. If you have 1+ years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or lead gen (specifically in Telecom, Financial Services, or Insurance sectors) and want a stable fixed income with high growth potential, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

- Outbound lead generation and qualifying prospective B2B/B2C clients in the US market.
- Managing end-to-end sales pipelines and driving client conversions.
- Communicating effectively with international clients and maintaining CRM records.




- Consistently hitting monthly sales targets to unlock maximum performance bonuses.

Candidate Requirements:

- 1+ years of experience in Sales, Telecalling, BPO, or Lead Generation (Telecom/Insurance experience is a plus!).
- Excellent verbal English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in US Night Shift time zones.
- Basic computer literacy and fast typing skills.
