Qualification

- Ph.D. in Management or allied disciplines from a reputed institution.
- Specialization in one or more of the following areas:
- Strategic Management
- Marketing
- Finance
- Human Resource Management
- Operations Management
- Business Analytics
- Entrepreneurship
- Sustainability
- Other relevant management disciplines

Experience & Skills

- Robust research profile with publications in Scopus/WoS indexed journals.
- Experience in research project development and proposal writing.
- Proven ability to establish industry collaborations and consultancy projects.
- Experience in guiding postgraduate and doctoral research.
- Excellent teaching, mentoring, and academic administration skills.
- International academic exposure and industry consulting experience will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality teaching at undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral levels.
- Conduct impactful research and publish in leading ABDC, Scopus, and WoS indexed journals.
- Develop interdisciplinary research initiatives and collaborate with national and international institutions.
- Mentor students, research scholars, and junior faculty members.




- Secure funded research and consultancy projects from government and industry.
- Strengthen industry partnerships through collaborative projects, internships, and executive education.
- Contribute towards curriculum development, accreditation, rankings, and institutional excellence.
- Participate actively in departmental, university, and outreach activities.

Preferred Research & Performance Expectations

- Publish 8/10 research papers in ABDC/Scopus/WoS indexed journals, including at least 4 papers in ABDC A/A or Q1 journals.
- Secure 12 funded research or consultancy projects.
- Establish at least two industry collaborations.
- Develop one executive education programme or management case study.
