- Hands-on experience in e-Tendering and Government e-Marketplace (GeM) bidding.
- Experience in preparing, filling, and submitting government tenders through various online procurement portals.
- Sound understanding of tender documentation, pricing strategies, bid estimation, and commercial evaluation.
- Coordinate the preparation, compilation, and submission of bid documents, tender questionnaires, pre-qualification documents, and supporting technical/commercial proposals.
- Review tender requirements, ensure compliance with eligibility criteria, and prepare accurate bid submissions within specified timelines.
- Liaise with internal departments such as Technical, Finance, Legal, and Operations for timely completion of tender documentation.
- Maintain records of tender submissions, bid status, contract awards, and related documentation.
- Monitor government procurement portals and identify relevant tender opportunities.




- Ensure compliance with tender conditions, statutory requirements, and organizational policies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu is preferred.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in government tendering and bid management.
- Preference for immediate joiners.
