Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce CPQ Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in enterprise Salesforce environments, gathering business requirements, supporting Salesforce CPQ implementations, and driving large-scale business transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to deliver Salesforce CPQ and Sales Cloud solutions.
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and manage product backlogs using Jira and Confluence.
- Support Salesforce CPQ implementation, enhancements, and enterprise CRM initiatives.
- Participate in Salesforce org migrations, field mapping, and complex data migration activities.
- Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production deployments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on Salesforce integrations with third-party sales applications.
- Drive Agile Scrum ceremonies and ensure successful project delivery.
- Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and manage changing business priorities.

Required Skills





- 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or Salesforce Consultant.
- Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud / CRM.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ (PEAK).
- Expertise in Agile Scrum methodologies and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
- Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
- Experience working with large enterprise organizations and complex Salesforce implementations.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce org migrations, data mapping, and migration activities.
- Experience integrating third-party sales tools with Salesforce.
- Experience leading or supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with enterprise business transformation, digital transformation, or M&A; programs.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Agentforce Sales capabilities.
- Experience working on large-scale Salesforce implementation projects.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
