- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PySpark.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Apache Spark.
- Robust knowledge of distributed computing principles and big data processing frameworks.
- Ability to optimize and tune PySpark applications for performance and scalability.
- Experience in data transformation, cleansing, and integration using PySpark.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment of PySpark applications in production environments.
