- Conduct BTL activities such as village campaigns, road shows, farmer meetings, and tractor demonstrations.
- Generate leads and convert them into tractor sales.
- Build relationships with dealers and customers.
- Coordinate with finance partners for loan processing.
- Achieve monthly sales and tractor delivery targets.
- Maintain daily field activity reports and market feedback.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in Field Sales, BTL, Automobile, Tractor, NBFC, FMCG, or Rural Sales.
- Freshers with positive communication skills may apply.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
- Willing to travel within the assigned territory.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹12,000–₹16,000 per month
- Fuel Allowance: ₹3,000 (Fixed)
- Incentive: ₹2,000 per tractor delivery
- Minimum Target: 4 tractor deliveries per month
