Roles and Responsibilities

- Promote dialysis solutions and biomedical products to hospitals, dialysis centers, nephrologists, and purchasing departments.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets assigned by management.
- Identify and develop recent business opportunities within the assigned territory
- Generate new customer leads through field visits, referrals, and market research.
- Conduct regular customer meetings and product presentations.
- Maintain regular contact with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure product availability.
- Maintain high customer retention through continuous engagement.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, product launches, and promotional strategies.
- Collect market intelligence regarding dialysis trends and hospital requirements.
- Identify government and private hospital tender opportunities.




- Maintain CRM records and customer database

Qualification

· Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, or any related healthcare discipline.

· MBA (Marketing) will be an added advantage

2–6 years of sales experience

Required Skills

· Excellent communication and presentation skills

· Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities

· Knowledge of hospital procurement processes

· Extensive local travel to hospitals and dialysis centres.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
