- Understanding the hiring requirements of hiring managers.
- Attracting candidates through various channels like hiring portal's, social media, and professional networks.
- Reviewing resumes and screening candidates.
- Scheduling interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.
- Negotiating job offers and compensation packages with candidates.
- Completing the background verification of candidates
- Staying updated about hiring trends and best practices.
- Managing the sourcing portals
- Onboarding the new employees.
- Providing induction training and policy trainings to the employees whenever needed.
- Revising and maintaining the employee JDs.
- Taking care of employee engagement activities like celebrating birthdays, event's, work anniversaries etc.
- Maintaining & updating Employee database.
- Preparation of HR documents like HR letters, Forms, etc.
- Assisting the HR Head in any other HR activities.
- Maintaining up to date Recruitment tracker and interview tracker

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
