Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales growth across the assigned Haryana region.
- Appoint and develop new dealers.
- Strengthen relationships with existing channel partners.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Conduct regular market visits, plumber meets and maintain strong customer engagement.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular sales reports and maintain accurate market data.
- Represent Alqon Bathware with professionalism and integrity in the market.

Requirements

- 3–8 years of sales experience in Bathware, Bath Fittings, Sanitaryware, CP Fittings, Building Materials, or related industries.




- Proven experience in dealer network development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Haryana.
- Valid driving license preferred.
