Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Account Executive to manage the organization's accounting operations, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and support financial planning and reporting. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and experience handling statutory compliance, taxation, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure timely recording of financial transactions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
- Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers.
- Prepare and file GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, Qualified Tax, and other statutory returns within prescribed timelines.
- Coordinate with auditors during internal, statutory, and tax audits.




- Monitor cash flow and assist in budgeting and financial forecasting.
- Process payroll in coordination with the HR department.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, taxation laws, and company policies.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for management.
- Verify invoices, purchase orders, and payment vouchers.
- Handle vendor payments and customer collections.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.
- Support management in financial decision-making by providing accurate reports and analysis.
- Train and guide junior accounting staff when required.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CA Inter, CMA Inter, or MBA (Finance) is preferred.
- Professional certifications in accounting or taxation are an added advantage.

Experience

- 2–5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
