As the Founder's Executive, you'll work directly with the founder across strategy, hiring, operations, partnerships, sales, execution, and whatever the business demands that day. What You'll Do Execute high-priority founder initiatives. Solve problems with little to no guidance. Coordinate with teams and ensure things get done. Manage hiring, partnerships, and business operations. Research markets, competitors, and growth opportunities. Represent the founder in meetings and communications. Build systems instead of depending on them. Who We're Looking For Ruthlessly execution-focused. Comfortable with pressure, ambiguity, and long hours when required. Extremely resourceful—finds solutions instead of excuses.
