Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the collection center and distribution activities.
- Develop and execute manpower and logistics plans to ensure the timely dispatch of products from farms.
- Ensure compliance with inventory management, stock planning, and sanitation protocols at the collection center.
- Collaborate closely with the planning team to address issues that may impact harvesting schedules or sales.
- Lead initiatives to enhance serviceability, traceability, quality, and overall process improvement.
- Handle grievances related to quality concerns from contract farmers.
- Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards across all operations.

Qualifications:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Agricultural Science or related field.




- 3-5 years of experience in managing collection centers, distribution centers, warehouse operations, or contract farming.
- Industry experience in Agribusiness, Grocery, or Fruits and Vegetables sectors.

Preferred Skills:

- Strong leadership in operational planning and execution.
- Hands-on experience in quality assurance and compliance management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage farmer relations effectively.
- Proven ability to drive improvement projects and adapt to agile operational challenges.
