Job Title: Senior Sales Manager – Interior Design / Turnkey / Fit-Out

Experience: 7–8 Years in Interior Design, Turnkey, or Fit-Out Sales
Salary: ₹10,00,000 – ₹11,50,000 CTC per annum + Incentives
Location: Kasarvadvali Thane

Job Summary

We are hiring a Senior Sales Manager to drive sales growth for interior design, turnkey, and fit-out projects. The role requires robust experience in lead generation, client acquisition, sales closures, and revenue achievement.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through networking, referrals, architects, builders, channel partners, and corporate clients.
- Meet clients, understand requirements, and present interior design and turnkey solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.
- Build strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and developers.
- Coordinate with design and execution teams for smooth project delivery.




- Develop sales strategies to grow revenue and market share.
- Maintain sales pipeline and MIS reports.
- Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and networking forums.

Target

- Annual Sales Target: ₹5–7 Crore in the first year.

Required Skills

- Experience in Interior Design, Fit-Out, or Turnkey Project Sales
- Strong lead generation, negotiation, and closing skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of BOQs, costing, and commercial proposals
- CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency

Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- MBA preferred

Compensation

- CTC: ₹10.00 – ₹11.50 LPA
