Job Title: Python AI Developer (2–3 Years Experience)

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Python AI Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience to join our growing engineering team. You will work on developing scalable AI-driven applications, integrating LLM frameworks, building APIs, and deploying ETL pipelines in a cloud environment. Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain backend services & microservices using Python and FastAPI
- Build and optimize AI/LLM pipelines leveraging frameworks such as LangChain
- Design, develop, and deploy ETL workflows for both batch and real-time data
- Work with structured and unstructured data sources including SQL and NoSQL databases
- Integrate and manage cloud-based infrastructure (preferably AWS)
- Collaborate with Data, ML, and DevOps teams for seamless deployment
- Ensure scalable, secure, and high-performance code through testing and code reviews
- Monitor and improve system reliability, performance, and automation
- Document architecture, design decisions, and best practices

Required Skills & Experience





- 2–3 years of professional experience as a Backend / AI Developer
- Solid proficiency in Python
- Expertise in FastAPI (or Flask/Django with willingness to switch)
- Practical experience working with LangChain or similar LLM orchestration frameworks
- Hands-on experience developing ETL pipelines
- Experience with AWS cloud services (Lambda, S3, ECS, EC2, etc.)
- Familiarity with messaging/event systems (Kafka / RabbitMQ is a plus)
- Positive understanding of both SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/Elasticsearch) databases
- Version control using Git
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills

Good to Have

- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, Qdrant)
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tooling
- Understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Prior work with pretrained AI models and API-based AI integrations (OpenAI/LLM providers)
