Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Head to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing the sales team, achieving revenue targets, and building long-term relationships with clients. The Sales Head will play a key role in expanding the company's customer base and improving overall sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's customer base.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with key clients and business partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.




- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure the sales team follows company policies, processes, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 3–10 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

- Experience in B2B sales and business development.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to coach and develop high-performing sales teams.
