## Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organised Logistic Supervisor to oversee daily transportation, dispatch, delivery, and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in the bakery, food, or FMCG industry and be capable of ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining product quality and food safety standards.

## Key Responsibilities

* Plan and supervise daily dispatch and delivery schedules.

* Coordinate with production, warehouse, and sales teams for timely order fulfilment.

* Monitor vehicle movements and ensure on-time deliveries.

* Supervise loading and unloading activities to prevent product damage.

* Maintain dispatch records, delivery challans, and logistics documentation.

* Ensure proper stock movement and inventory accuracy.

* Manage delivery staff and drivers, including attendance and route allocation.

* Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle maintenance schedules.

* Resolve delivery issues and customer complaints promptly.

* Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene,



and company SOPs.

* Prepare daily and monthly logistics reports.

## Requirements

* 1–5 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, or warehouse operations, preferably in the bakery, food, or FMCG industry.

* Graduate or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred).

* Good knowledge of transportation and warehouse operations.

* Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, ERP software is an advantage).

* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
