- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain company products and services in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with interested prospects to convert inquiries into sales.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Handle customer objections professionally and close sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, or other communication channels.
- Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure smooth lead management.
- Keep up to date with product knowledge, offers, and promotional campaigns.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with management.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Prepare daily call reports and performance updates.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
