Role Overview:

We are looking for a Business Analyst who can take ownership of projects from requirement gathering to successful delivery. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned with business goals.

This is not a documentation-only role. We are looking for someone who takes ownership and drives projects end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

1. Requirement Gathering & Analysis

- Interact with clients to understand business needs, pain points, and objectives
- Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications
- Identify gaps, dependencies, and potential risks early in the process

2. Solution Design & Feasibility

- Evaluate feasibility based on technical capabilities and business constraints
- Propose optimal solutions balancing client expectations and internal resources
- Collaborate with technical teams to validate solution approaches

3. Stakeholder Management

- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams
- Conduct regular meetings, demos, and status updates
- Manage expectations and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle

4. Project Coordination

- Work closely with development, QA, and cross-functional teams
- Track progress, identify bottlenecks, and ensure timely delivery
- Assist in sprint planning, prioritization, and execution

5. Documentation

- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories,



and workflow documentation
- Maintain clear and updated project documentation
- Ensure requirements are well understood across teams

6. Testing & Go-Live Support

- Participate in UAT and validate delivered solutions
- Identify defects and ensure timely resolution
- Support go-live activities and ensure smooth project launch

7. Post-Implementation Support

- Monitor solution performance post-launch
- Gather feedback and suggest improvements
- Ensure successful adoption of delivered solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications
Education

- Bachelor’s degree in B Sc, BCA, BBA, BCom, or any relevant field

Experience

- 1–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role

Key Skills

- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into solutions
- Basic technical understanding (workflows, systems, integrations — no deep coding required)
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Ownership mindset and proactive approach

Good to Have

- Experience with tools like Zoho CRM or Jira
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exposure to APIs or system integrations

- Ability to independently drive projects from start to finish

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
