Position: Call Center Team Lead (Dental Industry)

Salary: 2.5LPA-3.3 LPA, SLIGHT NEGOTIABLE, INCENTIVES

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage call center team for dental clinic/hospital sales process
- Handle inbound & outbound calls related to dental treatments, consultations, and packages
- Drive team targets: lead conversion, appointment bookings, follow-ups & revenue
- Monitor call quality, team performance, productivity and sales metrics




- Train and guide team members on dental services and customer handling
- Coordinate with dentists/clinics for patient appointments and treatment follow-ups
- Manage patient inquiries related to implants, aligners, cosmetic dentistry, dental procedures
- Maintain daily/weekly MIS reports and sales dashboards
- Handle escalated patient concerns and ensure better patient experience

Required Skills:

- 3+ years experience as Call Center Team Leader
- Dental industry / healthcare sales process experience preferred
- Strong team handling and sales conversion skills
- Valuable communication skills (English + Hindi + Telugu preferred)
- Knowledge of CRM & lead management systems
