Qualification:

- Graduate in any discipline or Technical Qualification (Diploma/B.Tech preferred)
- Additional certification in Procurement or Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage

Experience:

- 3–4 years of experience as a Purchase Executive or Procurement Executive
- Must have prior experience in a Construction Company

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handle procurement of construction materials, equipment, tools, and consumables as per project requirements.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to obtain the best prices and terms.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, quotations, and comparative statements.
- Coordinate with project sites, stores, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Maintain records of purchases, pricing, supplier information, and inventory levels.
- Monitor market trends and material price fluctuations to optimize procurement costs.
- Follow up with suppliers regarding delivery schedules, quality issues,



and payment-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers.
- Coordinate with the accounts department for invoice verification and payment processing.
- Assist in vendor development and supplier performance evaluation.

Required Skills:

- Positive negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Knowledge of construction materials and procurement processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and ERP software.
- Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Industry:

- Construction, Infrastructure, EPC, Real Estate, or Engineering Companies.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
